  • Pilates Reformer

    Pilates reformer sessions are offered as private or small group experiences for a safe, personalized + targeted workout suitable for people of all levels, ages + abilities.

    Studio 108 teaches STOTT PILATES®, the contemporary approach to the mind-body exercise pioneered by Joesph Pilates more than 85 years ago.

    These sessions utilize the V2 Max Reformer and other equipment to deliver a full body therapeutic workout. This approach is appropriate for correcting postural imbalances and rehabilitating injuries.

  • Hot Yoga Flow

    Held in a room heated into the 80’s, expect an athletic experience intended to bring up the sweat, activate the breath and, ultimately, draw you inwards.

    While each teacher’s class is a unique expression of their practice, you can expect creative sequences that safely and intelligently prepare you for challenging asanas.

    Feel it all. Catch some inspiration. Learn something new. Practice self-awareness. Gain personal insight. This is the path towards your own best self.

    All are welcome: simply adapt the practice to your own needs and interests.

  • Warm Yoga Gentle

    Held in a comfortable + warm room, expect gentle to moderate movements paced to slow the busy-ness and settle the rush.

    Specific breathing patterns allow the mind to quiet and the worries to shed. Guidance gently leads you to a meditative stillness and inner rest.

    Experience a down-regulation of the nervous system and a return to a peaceful state of being.

    While each teacher’s class will be a unique expression of their own practice, there will be ample time to learn the poses and receive supportive instruction.

  • Yin Yoga

    Yin Yoga provides a balance and compliment to your yang/strength practice.

    Practiced in a comfortably warm room, yin poses focus on the spine, hips, shoulders, joints and the deeper plastic tissues that connect and separate the bones and muscles.

    The practice is on the floor {mostly}. And the experience requires time, depth and stillness.

    Yin yoga is proven to maintain healthy joints, increase range of motion, create long, lean muscle tone + break down pesky scar tissue. In addition, yin yoga counters your daily stress + commotion with mental stillness and meditation.

    All are welcome to take a deep breath, settle in and soak in the feels.

  • Body Strong

    This is FULL BODY.

    Building + maintaining strength is key to all pillars of health - particularly as we age.

    In this class, you can expect movement in all planes of direction and focused attention to all muscle groups.

    You will utilize resistance training techniques to build strength and endurance while improving overall fitness.

    Your coach will emphasize proper form and progression to accommodate various fitness levels thus promising progress and results!

  • Barre Fusion

    Barre Fusion is a full-body, low impact workout that is 100% form-over-function.

    We combine small movements and isometric contractions with larger dynamic exercises to elevate your heart rate and challenge your muscular capacity.

    Light resistance. High reps. Neutral pelvic position. Proper alignment + various props. Develop your endurance, stability, strength and reverse common muscular imbalances.

    Shake, squeeze, sauté and plié your way to fit with this fueled-by-music-fun!

  • Pilates Strong (Mat)

    Pilates mat is all about the “powerhouse”!

    We are talking about all the muscles from the ribcage to the hips on the front and backside of your body (think: glutes).

    All of our movements stem from this powerhouse so building strength and awareness is a deep-in-there experience that is vital for healthy biomechanics.

    This is a {Stott Pilates} contemporary approach that merges classical pilates repertoire with modern principles of exercise science.

    Expect improved posture, muscular re-balancing, coordination, endurance, and flexibility. Add to that increased awareness in our lower chakras which feels like YASS!

  • Kundalini Yoga

    The “Yoga of Awareness”, Kundalini Yoga is a comprehensive system that combines meditation, mantra, physical exercises, and breathing techniques.

    You’ll find the practices less athletic but significantly more impactful in their ability to stimulate your endocrine system, organize your nervous system, improve your breath patterns, boost your immune system, calm your mind, relieve you of anxiety and depression, improve your ability to hold your center and open your heart for compassionate living.

  • Restorative Sound Bath

    Enjoy this monthly experience of sound sensation + complete relaxation. 

    This 75 minute class allows for rest in comfortable postures while bathing your bio field in the sounds of crystal bowls, wind chimes, ocean drums, gong and more. 

    The ultimate in down-regulation of the nervous system, you'll find support for your all bodily systems, better sleep and mental clarity.

  • Restorative Yoga with Reiki

    Join Kaley Tocco, yoga teacher + reiki master for a monthly evening of relaxation. 

    Restorative Yoga is a deep rest that allows the nervous system to reset promoting healing and well-being to all systems. 

    Kaley will assist you as you prop your body into supremely comfortable poses which allow your body to surrender + then she will use gentle touch to share positive energy towards your highest good.
