Meet Leah Rachelle, LSW, CGFI, CPT, CYT 200
Leah’s background in Functional Medicine Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, and Intuitive Eating allows her to take a holistic approach to diet.
She has special interests in therapeutic elimination diet, diets for blood sugar stabilization, insulin resistance/diabetes, hormonal imbalance, nutrition for menopause, nutrition for food sensitivities, plant-based, dairy and gluten free diets, gut dysbiosis, binge eating and bulimia.
Leah is committed to a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach, embracing body diversity and promoting heal without focusing on weight as a primary indicator of well being.
Leah’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that people can pursue health and wellness at any size and she supports each client in establishing a healthy relationship with food in their body.
By teaching intuitive and mindful eating skills, Leah will support you in connecting with your body’s innate signals of hungers, fullness and satisfaction. These practices empower you to nourish yourself without guilt or restriction fostering a more compassionate and balanced approached to food and self care.
