New clients are asked to arrive 20 minutes early.

Guests who have had the orientation may arrive 10 minutes prior to their session.

There is handicap parking next to the front door. Enter the parking lot from Brecksville Road.

We request a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment without penalty.

Appointment times will not be extended for a late arrival. If late, please quietly enter the room for the remainder of the appointment time.

Clients will incur the full cost of a late canceled or uncanceled session. 

Food and snacks are not permitted in session room. 

Please, no perfumes or scents. 

Additional hours are available upon request.
