Why do I need to detoxify after an EES session?

First, it is important to remember that the EE System does not heal you. It is your body that heals itself when you go into the EE System and receive a charge to your cells. Once the body’s cells are charged, the cells begin pushing out toxins in order to work on the areas of your body that need healing.

In Dr Marciel Vega, MD’s research on blood composition before and after an EES session, test subjects showed increases in toxins in their blood after a session:

“I found that every single person showed an increase in the toxins in the blood immediately after treatment, but the blood was more fluid. So somehow the healing chamber [EE System] was stimulating the tissues to dump the toxins into the blood and the blood became more fluid in order to get the toxins out of the body. The toxins disappeared after a few days. So the chamber was cleaning the system, because of course disease cannot flourish in a scalar wave environment which has no time and no space. The blood of people who got a headache right after they were in the chamber was full of toxicity: parasites, fungi and viruses which were not there before they went into the chamber.” Dr. Marciel Vega, MD.

This research points to the necessity of detoxification for healthful results.

There are many effective ways to detox:

Detox Bath: The most impactful action you can take to detoxify your body after an EES session is to take a detoxification bath or foot bath.

The bath is an easy way to use the largest organ in your body, the skin, to eliminate the toxins in your blood. By using Dr. Michael’s proprietor blend of sea salt, baking soda, and borax in your bath water, you help your body purge toxins quite efficiently. If you do not get these toxins out, they can be reabsorbed back into the body. If you are experiencing prolonged detoxification symptoms, we recommend a second bath or foot soak.

Minerals: We do not recommend Epsom Salt in your bath. As your body pulls in the magnesium from the Epsom Salt, it will also pull in any toxins from the tap water.  You are welcome to use magnesium lotion or spray on your skin after your bath to replenish minerals.

Hydration: Keep your blood very fluid by drinking plenty of water. If you are dehydrated, the body has a difficult time doing this work. High quality water is a priority, so filtered or purified water is recommended. Fresh lemon in your water can be helpful.

Fresh foods: Support your body with whole foods in their natural form - like fruit and leafy greens. Organic produce is cleaner and more nutritious than the chemically treated foods. Heavy meals with cheese, meat and wheat are not recommended before or after a session.

Sleep and rest: Build in some extra time for good quality sleep and/or meditation. Screens overstimulate the nervous system. Try reading a book or listening to a meditation instead.

Sunshine and Nature: We are electromagnetically connected to the earth — putting bare feet on the ground helps us heal. Getting outside in nature is shown to lower blood pressure and reduce stress. Exposure to sunlight supports your endocrine system in maintaining balanced hormone levels.

Reduce daily toxins: Avoid putting toxics on your skin. Limit exposure to hormone disrupting scented laundry soaps and other scented products. Replace toxic cleaning products with one of the many cleaner options.

Mental and Emotional: Sometimes when we detoxify, past traumas, and/or mental pain will come out as an emotion. If you find yourself getting teary, let yourself cry.

Listen to your body: It is important to hold compassion for yourself through your experience. If you need to rest, please do so.

Bowel Movements: If you are not having at least one bowel movement per day, toxins could build up in your gut.  Be sure that you are having regular bowel movements.

Potential Symptoms of Detox:

It does not matter if you are in the system for 1, 2, or more hours, this detoxification will occur because the research shows that when a person goes into the EESystem, there are more toxins in their blood afterwards.

When your body starts releasing toxins, the symptoms of this can vary widely from person to person.

Symptoms can range from none to a slight headache, lethargy and/or achiness. Sometimes, the symptoms look like a full-blown flu or a bad cold or a migraine. You may have loose bowels or constipation. You may urinate a lot more. You could sleep more or get insomnia. You could sweat a lot at night and/or get a fever. You may feel weepy and emotional.

The most common side effect reported is feeling very tired. This is expected as your body is working to clear toxins and return to balance.

Some find that their illness gets a little worse at first. For example, if you have extreme anxiety, you may experience an uptick in anxiety as a detoxification. Think of it like this: Sometimes things need to come up in order to come out.

If your symptoms are bothersome, consider an additional detox bath or foot soak.

OR

You may get no detox symptoms at all and instead may feel very energized and completely revitalized.

Remember, there is no right or wrong or good or bad. Every person will have a different experience after their session.

EESystem Session Detox Checklist:

  • Take your detox bath or foot bath after every session. And take a second bath or detox the next day if you feel it would be helpful.

  • Drink Plenty of good quality water. Add squeeze fresh lemon.

  • Get essential minerals in your body by drinking them or spraying them on your skin.

  • Make sure you are having regular bowel movements.

  • Get plenty of rest.

  • Don’t drink alcohol before or after your session.

  • Meditate or do breath work daily.

  • Consider powering up your session with a Reiki or Access Bars treatment.

  • Do not eat fast foods.

  • Eat whole foods like fresh fruit and leafy greens.

  • Avoid fats, especially seed oils and never eat canola oil.

  • Ask about Herbs of the Valley tinctures or teas that might support your digestion, sleep, stress management and/or hormone balance.

  • Get out in nature. Get sunshine and put your bare feet on the earth.

  • Get exercise. Walking works!

  • Observe your thoughts without judgement. Feel them and let them flow through you.

  • Use clean, high quality body products instead of the chemical lotions, shampoos, laundry soaps, etc.

  • Do not use scented products as many have hormone disrupting chemicals.
